musings along the way

hi. thanks for being here.

there have been many twists and turns along this journey of life and there are sure to be more. i’m here, learning how to walk with open arms, learning how to trust Jesus through the deepest valleys and highest mountaintops. through it all i have learned that there is beauty to behold, saving it here to remember, even if only for myself.

this space has been in my heart and on my mind for many years, but here i am, finally beginning it. beginning it on the one year anniversary of my brother’s passing, january 20, 2024, because he always did the hard things and has forever inspired me to do the same. he always called me kimmy, thus the name of this little journal.

here’s to savoring the beauty of each day, even when it feels impossible.
